I am interested in all areas of corporate law, finance, governance and related policy.

I am a practicing corporate commercial solicitor, and a member of both the British Columbia Law Society and the Bermuda Bar Association. I have a doctorate from the University of Cambridge, a Master’s in Law from Osgoode Hall at York University in Toronto, Canada and a B.A, LL.B. and M.B.A from the ßÉßɱ¬ÁÏ.

My research focuses primarily on corporate governance and accountability, and the use of legal mechanisms and structures to offer critique and support to public policy initiatives, such as longer-term investing and share buy backs.

I joined the Faculty of Law at the ßÉßɱ¬ÁÏ in 2019, and regularly teach business associations from the perspective of both an academic and a practicing lawyer.
