Civil Engineering
Credentials

BSc and MSc (Ferdowsi University of Mashhad)

Area of expertise

Building Science; Building Energy Modeling; Solar Power Systems; Heat and Mass Transfer; Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)

Meysam received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering. With over eight years of experience as a research assistant and laboratory manager, he has contributed to a broad range of research projects in thermal sciences, renewable energy, and energy-efficient technologies. His work spans areas such as photovoltaic thermal systems, phase change materials, adsorption cooling, and advanced thermal management of electronic devices.

Building on this foundation, he is currently pursuing a PhD in the Department of Civil Engineering at the ßÉßɱ¬ÁÏ. His doctoral research focuses on the development of innovative dynamic superinsulation systems for building envelopes in cold-dominant climates. By integrating principles from both mechanical and civil engineering, his work aims to advance energy-efficient and sustainable solutions in building envelope design and performance.

Outside of his academic pursuits, Meysam enjoys exploring nature, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
