UVic Chamber Singers
The UVic Chamber Singers is directed by Brian Wismath.
- This is an auditioned vocal ensemble with membership limited to a balanced SATB voicing.
- Open to undergraduate and graduate students from all faculties and departments, as well as community members.
- Interested persons may contact the director wismath@uvic.ca for further details.
- Ensemble performs each semester, including the all-UVic Winter Choral Concert at Christ Church Cathedral.

About
The UVic Chamber Singers celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2023-24 with a tour on Vancouver Island and Vancouver as well as a Chamber Singers reunion performance at UVic. It has performed to enthusiastic audiences in 140 cities and 30 countries on 6 continents and have recorded for broadcast on the CBC, University of California Radio, N.C.R.V. Radio in Holland and the National Radios of China, Poland & Hungary. They have also been winners in the CBC choral competition and took part in a recording in 2000 that won a Juno Award.
