Postdoctoral fellowship positions:

The history department at the university of Victoria welcomes postdoctoral fellows and encourages applicants for these fellowships to consider working with members of our department.

Our goal is to attract the best new researchers to UVic. In addition to the SSHRC postdoctoral stipend, fellowship holders may be eligible for appointment to a .33 limited term position in their 2nd year teaching two courses at a salary of approximately $21,000 per year. The limited term position is subject to budgetary approval.
