Managing your ONECard
Load funds on your own ONECard
Adding funds to your account online is quick and easy:
- Log into online tools with your Netlink ID, select "ONECard eAccounts" and press "+Add Money."
- Don’t forget to re-save your credit card information
- Online minimum load of $5.00
- You can also add funds in person at the ONECard Office, or at any University Food Services location.
Load funds - parents, families & supporters
You can to a card holder using their V0# and first and last name. Please note, there is an online minimum load of $5.00.

Load funds - faculty and staff
Staff and faculty can add funds to someone else's account using a FAST account. Please complete a FAST Charge Form below and email it to us.
Lost or stolen physical cards
If you no longer have your card, visit us to get a replacement. There is a $25 fee for a replacement card. Make sure you bring some valid government issued photo ID.

Change in status
If your status changes at UVic (i.e., student to grad or student to staff), your designation comes to us from the university’s central database. Changes may take up to 24 hours to be reflected on your mobile ONECard.
If you graduate the Alumni Card is available to UVic Alumni for a $25 fee.
Preferred name
Your mobile ONECard will show your chosen or preferred first name, the name that you commonly use that may be different from your legal first name. Learn how to use your preferred name.

Keep it flat – no bending, cracking, or hole-punching.
Keep it dry – no washing machines or puddles.
Keep it safe – away from magnets and magnetic cases.
Keep it yours – don't lend it to anyone.
